Dear customer,

I started my position with Adifo last December and I am positively surprised by the quality of the people, the good standing of our customers and the rich functionality of our products. There are a lot of things and initiatives that I would like to share with you but sadly I have to address the corona crisis in one of my first communications. I would rather share happy news with you like the start of building our new office in Belgium, the large expansion of our development staff with a new daughter company in Poland or hiring two senior sales executives in the USA. The corona crisis is a humanitarian crisis that affects us all and we all address the same concerns and take more or less the same precautions to prevent spreading the disease.

At Adifo we are blessed that the possibility to work from home is in the nature of our company and field of business. We all were setup to work from home so the transition to work 100% from home went quite smooth. Surely, we all miss the face to face human contacts but all of use web cams during our video calls and meetings and that helps bridging the gap between being in quarantine and business as usual.

The coronavirus is first and foremost affecting our health, it is also harshly hitting the world economy. In these uncertain times, I can assure you that the Adifo community is extensively mobilized to ensure the continuity of its activities and to enable you to carry out your work properly.

Continuity of our team's work

It is our duty to strictly comply with the health regulations and to protect our employees, customers, partners and assets. Therefore, all our employees and associates are working from home. For years Adifo has deployed processes and technology to allow its staff to efficiently work remotely in the best conditions. Requests from our customers are being carried out according to the same high standards as you would expect from us.

Continuity of our solutions

Adifo has an IT business continuity plan that guarantees the security of our systems and the availability of our solutions and services. A Crisis Management Team, bringing together Adifo’s operational leaders, has been in place for several weeks. We meet every day to detect, analyze, respond to and anticipate critical situations in this exceptional context and make all the necessary decisions in real time.

Continuity of our commitment

Like hundreds of companies, you use our software daily to manage your business. It is our duty, as experts in animal feed and human food software solutions, to be highly capable, even more today than yesterday in these times of great uncertainty, of providing you with the insights you need to make your decisions with confidence. Our teams are always by your side.

Continuity of our service

Our customer support department remains available to answer any questions you may have. Here is how to reach us.

The Adifo staff including myself are entirely committed to facing this crisis and its aftermath hand in hand with you in order to tackle your difficulties and mitigate your risks as much as possible.

We at Adifo want to thank you for your long-standing trust in our products and our services. This time is also a good time to look at your processes and figure out ways to improve. We already started some new projects together with customers to use this time to improve the processes and business to get out of the crisis with an organization that is stronger than before the start of the crisis.

In our next communication I will tell you more about our new building, our plans to host seminars and other customer events in that building, introduce to you both Edward Harof who started as Sales Executive MILAS ERP for the USA and Canada and Tami Smith who started as Sales Executive BESTMIX for that same market region.  I will also introduce you to our new development centre in Wroclaw Poland where we started with 5 Software Engineers and will expand to 15 shortly after.

Stay safe and healthy!

Best regards,
