The process

In this article we will highlight the sales order template functionality in MILAS. The sales template is one of our many praised functionalities which adds immediate value to the order entry process.

Whenever a sales rep contacts a customer, MILAS automatically suggests a list of all recently ordered products. Of course, the time span can be adjusted to reflect your specific preferences (i.e. all orders within the last 12 months). From this list, the sales agent can then select all product that the customer wants to order again. Furthermore, the sales rep can opt to immediately change the ordered quantity if it differs from the previously made orders.

MILAS also remembers all other information related to the previously ordered products. This means that the customer won’t have to worry about trivial things like receiving the wrong bag sizes, or more important matters like receiving the same medication mixed-in with the feed.

The sales rep can also add additional lines to the new order. If the sales rep doesn’t want this line to be included in the next sales template , he is given the “exclude from order template” option, so that the product won’t be included in the next suggestions.
