It is Adifo’s policy to guarantee the continuity of your IT-investment. Depending on the size of the automation project and on the kind of partnership you are looking for, Adifo provides a wide range of possible service levels.
A few examples:
Service contract |
|---|
After the purchase of hardware and software, you can close a service contract with Adifo. A service contract includes free updates of software and free problem solving of hardware and software within an agreed amount of time. |
Managed services |
Managed services includes the outsourcing of certain basic concepts, like anti-virus policy, firewall management, anti-spam management, hosting, backup management and disaster recovery. According to an agreed time schedule, the Adifo consultant visits your company to check backups, install updates, etc. |
Business continuity planning |
Because of the companies’ dependence on the IT-infrastructure, Business continuity planning comes in. This involves risk assessment in case of the breakdown of one of your company’s key IT-components. Business Continuity Planning is situated at three levels: security, operational functioning and marketing loss. |
Partial outsourcing |
The customer stores part of his business applications in a data centre. E.g. an Adess application, or a Delta/Clipper application via citrix. This system offers extra security for company-critical software. |
Total outsourcing |
In this case, the customer does not dispose of own server infrastructure on site. All software, from Office to business applications is stored in a data centre. This implies that the customer no longer controls the entire IT structure. Advantage = high protection

Leasing |

Hardware can also be leased. |
