The helpdesk ensures a quick and accurate handling of all incoming calls. All calls are registered and followed-up efficiently. Depending on the priority required by you, we contact you again very soon to offer a suitable solution. Thanks to remote support facilities, we can log in to your server or PC directly and handle the problem immediately.
As to hardware, we only work with quality labels, like Fujitsu Siemens Computers (qualified partner), Brother, Cisco… . Together with our partners, Adifo has elaborated an excellent hardware service. Moreover, we have in-house professionals for Windows- and Unix-problems.
The ADIFO helpdesk can be contacted on work days from 8h30 till 17h. You can also reach us on Belgian holidays. These business hours have been extended to a 7d/7d and 24h/24h service, e.g. for foreign customers that need help on other times due to time differences or for companies in continuous operation (optional).
